I require a valid credit card to hold your first appointment. I will gladly change your appointment; however, a 24 hour
notice is required. This includes unreasonably late (more than 15 min.) arrival for your appointment.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or arrive too late to be accommodated, I will charge your credit
card on file for the full amount of the service.
